Position Overview

VividMinds Lab is seeking enthusiastic and reliable instructors to lead after-school clubs at local schools in the Dallas metroplex. You will be placed at school near you to guide small groups of students through structured activities using lesson plans and materials provided by VM Lab. Clubs include Chess, Book Publishing, Jewelry Design, and LEGO Engineering. This is an ideal position for college students, education majors, substitute teachers, or anyone who enjoys working with children in a creative learning environment!

Responsibilities

Lead an engaging after-school club sessions for a group of students at a school near you Follow provided lesson plans and activity guides

Encourage creativity, participation, and positive behavior

Set up and clean up materials for each club session

Communicate with VM Lab regularly regarding attendance etc.

Flexible work schedule - minimum of 1 hour commitment per week

Qualifications

Enjoy working with children

Reliable and organized

Comfortable leading small groups of students

Strong communication skills

Ability to follow structured lesson plans

Experience working with children

Background check required

Compensation and Commitment 

Minimum of 1.5 hours per week

$50-75 per session
